The existing shingles on the garage and house were due for an upgrade. We tore off the old shingles and installed new Atlas Black Shadow 50-year limited lifetime shingles, complemented by a matching hip and ridge cap. We also added 6’ of new ice and water shield, synthetic felt paper, a new drip edge, ridge vent, and pipe boots, while re-flashing the chimney.
